Sodium bicarbonate can be directly used as a raw material in the pharmaceutical industry to treat excessive gastric acid. It can also be used in film production, tanning, mineral processing, smelting, metal heat treatment, fiber and rubber industries. At the same time, it can be used as detergent for wool and agricultural seed soaking. A widely used loosening agent in the food industry, it is used in the production of biscuits, cakes, steamed bread, bread, etc. It is a carbon dioxide generator in soft drinks; It can be compounded with alum to form alkaline fermentation powder, or with soda ash to form civil soda; It can also be used as a butter preservative. Fire fighting equipment is used to produce acid alkali fire extinguishers and foam fire extinguishers. The rubber industry uses it in combination with alum and sodium bicarbonate as a pore forming agent to evenly develop pores for rubber and sponge production. When used for bread, it will bring yellow color and destroy vitamins in wheat. It is best to use it together with acidic substances such as calcium hydrogen phosphate. It can also be used for food blanching and removing astringency. Because it can increase the pH value, it can improve the water holding capacity of protein, promote the softening of food tissue cells, and promote the dissolution of astringent ingredients. It has the effect of removing mutton smell from goat milk (dosage: 10-20mg/kg). As an acidity regulator and a chemical leavening agent, it can be used for all kinds of food that need to be added with leavening agent according to the provisions of our country, and can be used appropriately according to the production needs.
